How long do argos take to respond to emails ?
İ ordered a piece of furniture and what they deliverd was not what İ ordered they deliverd a child safety wooden safety gate. İ have phoned the numbers on there website to complain but so far İ have not been able to get through. İ just keep being put in a queue. and then after waiting for about 10 minutes the line goes dead. İ sent a email first thing but have had no reply yet. How long do they normally take to reply to emails. Can anyone sugest wbat else İ can do. İ don’t want a child safety gate İ want what İ ordered and paid for. Any advice would be much appreciated

Having worked at Argos I found that the customer service in store is far better than the on line service. If there is no local shop you can phone on – 0845 640 2020 . This is for web based complaints. Good luck with that.
