“Im a martial arts”?? wtf? just hearing you talk shows me you do not know anything about MMA or BJJ ive seen this actual move be preformed by actual trained fighters & ive never seen blood, not saying that it cant happen, but he’d have to have this hold for minutes with soo much pressure, the way he does it hear, should make his opponents bleed like that at all, & in the case that they pass out, they should reawake within seconds

maybe not easy but its possible. You forget that tajiri and the great mutah held some sort of food colour/water mix in their mouths for entire matches to do the poison mist. Also the referee could easily slip him a blood capsule later on in the match.
